Who is this course aimed at?
This qualification is for learners who work in a front line role ensuring the security and safety of customers at public events. It covers the gap between SIA licence linked and Spectator safety qualifications, including a wide range of subjects from appropriate responses to a 'person of interest', clear and obvious threats, entry point compromise and crowd surges. The roles and responsibilities within a multi-agency response are also covered from an operatives perspective.

Learners for this qualification will acquire operational knowledge to inform their decision making when responding to venue specific security and safety incidents. Holders of this qualification will also extend their understanding of Interoperability with joint services and their command structures when managing serious incidents.
